Nicaragua Plum (case pk 6)

Juan de Dios Castillo and his wife Miriam Aruaz started buying the land to form the Paraíso farms in the 1980's using money they made through the tailor shop they still own today. They have since passed on much of their coffee business to their five children, who in turn formed J&M Family Coffee with the intent of exporting high quality coffees without harming the environment. In addition to owning the farms, J&M Family Coffee also own a wet and dry mill, giving them full control of processing the coffee.
